"My name is Jujie, and I was born and raised in Chanthaburi, Thailand. Growing up in a loving family, food was always at the heart of our home. My passion for cooking started at a very young age. When I was only four years old, my grandmother taught me my first kitchen task—scaling fish and preparing fresh ingredients for family meals.

Over the years, I learned the secrets of authentic Thai cooking from my grandmother, mother, and aunt. They taught me not only recipes, but also the importance of cooking with love, respect, and care for every ingredient.

Today, I am proud to share these traditions through Thai cooking workshops, private cooking lessons, catering, and cook-at-home experiences throughout the Netherlands"
