My cooking style reflects the teachings of my mother, grandmother, and aunt, who passed down their love for authentic flavors and time-honored techniques.
With a background in architecture, I approach cooking as an art form, imagining each dish in my mind before bringing it to life. Returning to the kitchen in the Netherlands allowed me to blend my heritage with my passion for creating healthy, flavorful meals, first for my children and now for a wider audience.
